St. Louis Senior High School and Holy Child Senior High School have secured places in the final stage of the National Girls Speech and Debate Championship following impressive performances in the competition’s preliminary rounds.
Both schools earned their qualification after demonstrating strong command of public speaking, critical thinking, and debate skills, setting the stage for a keenly anticipated final showdown.
Their performances have been widely praised as a reflection of academic discipline, confidence, and intellectual excellence, underscoring the growing prominence of girls’ education and leadership development in Ghana.
Margins ID Group, a partner of the championship, congratulated the two schools on their achievement, describing their success as evidence of the impact of sustained investment in education and youth development.
The organisation said its support for initiatives such as the championship forms part of its commitment to empowering young women to develop leadership skills, express themselves confidently, and realise their full potential.
Organisers of the competition continue to highlight the platform as an important avenue for nurturing future leaders through structured training in communication, reasoning, and advocacy.
The final stage of the championship is expected to bring together top-performing schools from across the country to compete for the national title.
