His Eminence HRM Drolor Bosso Adamtey I, respected Council of State Member for the Greater Accra Region, has expressed strong support for President John Dramani Mahama’s recently released list of Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Chief Executive (MMDCE) nominees.
In a statement issued on April 23, HRM Drolor Bosso Adamtey I warmly congratulated the nominees, commending their selection as a reflection of trust and confidence in their capacity to lead with integrity and commitment. He emphasized the critical role local governance plays in shaping sustainable development across communities in Greater Accra.
To those who were not selected, the Council of State Member offered words of encouragement, assuring them that their contributions to public service are valued and that future opportunities remain open.
Calling for a united front, HRM urged Assembly Members to endorse the President’s nominees through their votes, signaling a step forward for effective local leadership and the successful implementation of the RESET AGENDA—an initiative aimed at revitalizing governance and development efforts in the region.
“Now is the moment for all of us—elected officials, party members, and community stakeholders—to come together in support of these nominees,” he said.
He concluded with a strong appeal for unity and collaboration among all stakeholders as Greater Accra works toward a common goal of improved livelihoods and inclusive progress for its citizens.
