Palgrave Boakye Danquah, a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and Government’s spokesperson on governance and security, expressed unwavering confidence in the campaign strategies and policies of H.E Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia ahead of the 2024 election.
Speaking on TV3, Saturday morning, Danquah emphasized that Dr. Bawumia, the Flag Bearer of the NPP, is tirelessly campaigning, exerting five times more effort than former President John Dramani Mahama, to secure victory in 2024.
He highlighted that Ghanaian voters are increasingly focused on issues and policies put forth by political parties, and Dr. Bawumia’s extensive tour across the country reflects a promising trajectory towards success for the NPP.
Danquah underscored Dr. Bawumia’s engagements with diverse segments of society, including traders, market women, youth, religious leaders, chiefs, and mechanics, as indicative of the appeal of the NPP’s policies to the electorate. He expressed certainty that Dr. Bawumia’s extraordinary policies will resonate strongly with young people and Ghanaians at large, positioning him favorably as the preferred candidate for the upcoming election.
In Danquah’s view, the Ghanaian electorate is poised to vote based on policies, and Dr. Bawumia’s visionary leadership and innovative initiatives are set to garner significant support, paving the way for victory for the NPP in December 2024.
