The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has provided potable water to underserved communities in selected parts of the Volta Region as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at improving access to safe drinking water.
The intervention is intended to support communities facing challenges in accessing clean and reliable water sources, thereby enhancing public health and living conditions.
According to the Authority, the initiative forms part of its broader commitment to improving lives through targeted social support programmes, particularly in vulnerable communities.
The NPA reiterated its dedication to making a positive impact at the grassroots level, stating that it remains focused on improving one life at a time through its CSR activities.
Beneficiary communities are expected to experience improved access to potable water, reducing the burden of water-related health risks and contributing to overall well-being in the affected areas.
