The Chief Executive Officer of the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC), Madam Abigail Elorm Mensah, has paid a courtesy call on the leadership of The Apostolic Church Ghana to explore opportunities for deeper collaboration aimed at expanding economic empowerment for underserved communities.
The visit formed part of efforts to build partnerships that promote inclusive financial access and support women, youth, and small-scale entrepreneurs with practical solutions to improve livelihoods.
Madam Mensah emphasised the importance of people-centred leadership, noting that sustainable development requires targeted interventions that directly uplift vulnerable groups and strengthen grassroots economic activity.
She indicated that MASLOC remains committed to broadening access to financial support and creating opportunities for small businesses to grow, particularly within communities that face limited access to formal credit systems.
The church leadership, led by Apostle Dr. Aaron Ami-Narh, commended MASLOC for its efforts in improving access to microfinance and supporting economic activities among low-income households.
They praised the institution’s interventions and expressed willingness to collaborate with MASLOC in initiatives that promote financial inclusion and community development.
Madam Mensah expressed appreciation for the warm reception and reaffirmed her commitment to strengthening partnerships with faith-based organisations as part of a broader national agenda to promote inclusive growth and empower vulnerable populations.
