The Management and Staff of Tema Oil Refinery Limited (TOR) have expressed their condolences to the Management and Staff of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) following the death of the Authority’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Dr Dramani Bukari.
In a condolence message dated August 13, 2026, TOR said it was deeply saddened by the passing of Dr Bukari and extended its sympathies to his bereaved family, colleagues and the wider NPA community.
The refinery prayed for strength and comfort for the bereaved family and colleagues as they come to terms with the loss.
“May his soul rest in perfect peace,” TOR said.
The message was issued by the Management of Tema Oil Refinery on behalf of the company’s management and staff.
