Two suspects have been arrested for allegedly attempting to steal air conditioners installed at the Agenda 111 Hospital project site at Bokoro in the Ahanta West municipality of the Western Region.
The suspects were apprehended while allegedly trying to remove the air conditioning units from the facility and have since been handed over to the police to assist with investigations.
Authorities are expected to conduct further inquiries into the incident to determine the circumstances surrounding the alleged theft attempt and whether other persons were involved.
The Agenda 111 Hospital at Bokoro is among the government’s healthcare infrastructure projects aimed at expanding access to quality healthcare services across the country.
