The Electoral Commission of Ghana (EC) has reassigned Serebour Quaicoe from Director for Electoral Services to Director for Training at the Head Office.
In a letter dated 30th April 2024 and signed by Jean Mensah, the EC Boss stated that Serebour Qauicoe reassignment will take effect from Monday 1st July 2024.
“I am please to inform you of the commission’s decision to appoint you, Director for Training at the Head Office.”
“In this regard, you are by this letter transferred from the Electoral Services Department as the Director to head the Training Department.”
“You are required to handover the Commission’s property in your custody to the Deputy, Chairman , Operations.
Reasons for Serebour Quicoe’s reassignment are unknown but credible sources indicate that Serebour Quaicoe fell out with Jean Mensah and Bossman Asare after the 2020 general elections.
Serebour Quaicoe has been described at the EC as an “Enemy within”
EC Boss Madam Jean Mensah.
