In a notice issued on Thursday, November 5, 2026, the party’s Congress Elections Committee outlined the arrangements for the submission of nomination forms and the vetting of aspirants ahead of the elections.
The Committee urged all aspirants contesting in the elections to take note of the announced arrangements and the vetting schedule.
“Submission of completed nomination forms will take place at the NDC National Headquarters from Saturday, 7 November to Monday, 9 November 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily,” the notice stated.

They must also provide one postcard-sized photograph with a red background and proof of payment of the prescribed filing fee.
The Committee emphasised that payment of the filing fee is a mandatory requirement for all aspirants seeking to submit their nomination forms.
“Only aspirants who have paid the requisite filing fees will be eligible to submit their nomination forms,” the statement said.
It added that all submitted documents would be reviewed to ensure that aspirants meet the requirements outlined in the party’s electoral regulations.
“All submitted forms shall be reviewed for compliance with the provisions of the 2026 Guidelines for the Conduct of the National Elections and the NDC constitution,” the notice added.
