TDC Ghana Limited has held a staff durbar to engage employees on key operational and workplace issues as part of efforts to strengthen the company’s performance and sustainability.
The durbar, held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, brought together management and staff to discuss ongoing projects, operational updates, staff welfare, revenue mobilisation and other workplace matters.
Addressing employees, the Managing Director, Courage Makafui Nunekpeku, urged staff to uphold professionalism and fiscal discipline in the discharge of their duties.
He also emphasised the importance of punctuality and renewed commitment to productivity, encouraging employees to work collectively towards achieving the company’s objectives.
The Managing Director said a stronger and more sustainable TDC Ghana Limited would require the commitment and cooperation of both management and staff.
The engagement provided an opportunity for employees to discuss issues affecting their work while gaining insights into the company’s priorities and ongoing activities.
Management also used the durbar to reinforce the need for responsible resource management and improved productivity as the company seeks to enhance its operations and deliver on its mandate.
