The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration has announced that passports are now available for collection at designated Passport Application Centres (PACs). This update is especially pertinent for applicants who have had their biometric data captured since 2016 but have not yet received their passports.
In a public notice, the Ministry encouraged all eligible applicants to visit their chosen PACs, reminding them to bring their collection slips. Passports can be collected from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
The Ministry provided an overview of available passport quantities across various PACs, highlighting the following numbers:
• Accra PAC: 20,516
• Accra Premium PAC: 7,820
• Passport Head Office: 2,628
• Tema PAC: 6,552
• Kumasi PAC: 12,707
• Takoradi PAC: 3,012
• Sunyani PAC: 7,788
• Ho PAC: 4,261
• Tamale PAC: 6,526
• Tamale Premium PAC: 502
• Koforidua PAC: 3,082
• Cape Coast PAC: 6,761
• Wa PAC: 555
