The National Service Authority (NSA) has released PIN codes for qualified private candidates, defaulters and foreign-trained graduates seeking to undertake their mandatory national service in the 2026/2027 service year.
The Authority announced the release in a statement dated Monday, September 28, 2026, following the completion of registration, payment, verification and approval processes.
According to the NSA, a total of 7,794 applications were recorded. Of this number, 4,722 applicants had made the required payments, while 3,072 applications remained pending payment.
The Authority said 3,129 applications had been approved, 1,558 were pending approval, while 35 applications had been rejected.
Applicants whose applications have been approved have been urged to check their National Service PIN codes and complete the necessary steps within the timelines communicated by the Authority.
The NSA also advised applicants to carefully verify the personal information linked to their PIN codes and report any discrepancies or registration-related challenges to the appropriate National Service Authority office.
The Authority further reminded eligible Ghanaian graduates that national service remains an important statutory obligation.
“All persons issued PIN Codes are therefore urged to comply fully with the requirements and timelines communicated by the Authority to facilitate a smooth enrolment and deployment process,” the NSA stated.
The release covers private candidates, persons who previously defaulted or were unable to undertake their mandatory national service, as well as foreign-trained graduates for the 2026/2027 national service year.
The NSA said the PIN codes have been issued only after the relevant registration, payment, verification and approval processes were completed.
