The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced an extension of the deadline for the ongoing online registration for the 2025/2026 National Service year.
Initially set to close on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, the registration will now end on Friday, October 24, 2025.
In a press statement dated Wednesday, October 15, the Authority said the extension was to give prospective national service personnel who could not complete their registration within the original period another opportunity to do so.
“This extension is to allow additional time for prospective service personnel who, for one reason or another, were unable to complete their registration within the initial window,” the statement said.
The NSA emphasized that all registered personnel are expected to report to their various postings and begin their service on Monday, November 3, 2025.
It, however, cautioned that individuals who fail to complete their registration by the new deadline risk being excluded from this year’s postings.
The Authority also advised eligible graduates to access the registration portal only through its official website, [www.gnsa.gov.gh] (http://www.gnsa.gov.gh), and to be cautious of fake websites or individuals posing as registration agents.
“The system is designed to protect users against such fraudulent activities, but vigilance remains key,” the statement noted.
The NSA expressed gratitude to stakeholders for their cooperation and reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring a smooth and transparent registration and deployment process for the 2025/2026 service year.
