President John Dramani Mahama will on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, host a Presidential Media Encounter at The Presidency in Accra.
The session, scheduled for 8:00 p.m., will be the first such engagement since the start of his second term. It is expected to provide him with a platform to discuss pressing national matters while also taking direct questions from accredited journalists.
According to a statement signed by Minister of Government Communications and Presidential Spokesperson, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, the encounter will highlight progress under Mahama’s Resetting Ghana Agenda, including ongoing reforms, flagship initiatives, and policy directions.
The Presidency described the event as an opportunity for open dialogue between the President and the media, stressing that participation will be strictly by accreditation.
