The governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) stalwart Comrade Ludwig Hlodze has pledged to strengthen the party’s grassroots structures and promote unity as he seeks election as National Vice Chairman.

Mr. Hlodze, who has served as Deputy National Youth Organiser, National Youth Organiser and currently Director of Logistics and Protocol, says his bid is anchored in years of service, sacrifice and commitment to the party.

Addressing party members at meetings in Guan, Buem, Biakoye, Akan and Kpassa, he said his engagements with branches and constituencies across the country had given him a deeper understanding of the concerns and challenges facing members at the grassroots level.

He pledged to promote an inclusive party where every member feels valued, heard and empowered to contribute to the NDC’s development.

Comrade Hlodze said his vision was to strengthen the party’s connection with communities, improve grassroots mobilisation and build a more united and disciplined organisation capable of competing in future elections.

“From National Youth Organiser to Vice Chairman, I bring both experience and energy. My agenda is centred on unity, discipline, innovation and organisational capacity.

I am here to serve, not to pursue personal ambition,” he stated.

He added that his candidacy was focused on reinforcing party structures, empowering members and advancing the NDC’s stated commitment to social justice, inclusivity and people-centred governance.

Mr. Hlodze’s campaign message places grassroots engagement, organisational development and party unity at the centre of his bid for the National Vice Chairman position.
