Joana Quaye, former wife of Richard Nii Armah Quaye, has filed a new suit at the High Court in Accra seeking legal recognition of her alleged 10% ownership in Bills Micro Credit Limited.
In the suit, she is also demanding a share of the company’s profits dating back to 2011, as well as full financial disclosure and accountability from both the company and her ex-husband.
The case seeks a judicial determination of her claimed interest in the business and related financial entitlements accumulated over the years.
Court proceedings are expected to commence once the matter is formally set down for hearing.
