The Commercial Division of Sekondi High court has directed all parties in NDC Amenfi Central constituency internal wrangling to resolve issues between NDC 2024 parliamentary candidate, Joan Gyan Cudjo Mensah and some party executives and sympathizers.
According to the Court instruction, the Constituency has one week to resolve all the issues regarding the eligibility of the parliamentary candidate , Mrs.Joana Gyan or return back to court .
This follows court injunction filed by some party members challenging the eligibility of Juana Gyan as the legitimate elected parliamentary candidate for 2024 parliamentary elections.

The NDC parliamentary candidate Juana Gyan was represented in court by Lawyer Edudzi Tamakloe, the Legal Director for NDC.
After the Court ordered the parties to resolve issues behind closed
doors , the parliamentary Candidate, Juana Gyan issued a statement thanking all for successful possible conclusion of the case .
“Court proceedings ended peacefully today , with all parties opting for amicable settlement behind the scenes.”

The parliamentary candidate urged all party faithfuls to remain calm and work hard towards collective victory of NDC in 2024 .
