OMANBAPA AgriTech Ltd has donated a sponsorship package to support preparations for the 42nd National Farmers’ Day celebration, reaffirming its commitment to Ghana’s agricultural sector.
The sponsorship was officially acknowledged by the Minister for Food and Agriculture, Eric Opoku, on behalf of the organising committee for this year’s celebration.
The package comprises seven billboards, 10 telescopic flags and 500 branded caps for the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA), which will be used to support publicity and promotional activities ahead of the event.
Expressing appreciation for the gesture, the Minister said the contribution would significantly enhance preparations for the national celebration, which recognises the invaluable contributions of farmers to Ghana’s economy and food security.
He described the sponsorship as a demonstration of OMANBAPA AgriTech’s commitment to promoting agriculture and supporting initiatives that celebrate the country’s hardworking farmers.
The Minister noted that partnerships with the private sector remain crucial to the successful organisation of the National Farmers’ Day celebration, which honours farmers and other stakeholders for their role in driving agricultural growth and national development.
The committee expressed gratitude to OMANBAPA AgriTech Limited for its support and encouraged other corporate organisations to partner with the government in making this year’s celebration a success.
