The Minister for Energy and Green Transition, Dr John Abdulai Jinapor, has held discussions with a delegation from the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) aimed at strengthening collaboration between government and industry players.
The delegation was led by the Chief Executive Officer of AGI, Seth Twum-Akwaboah.
The meeting provided an opportunity for both parties to exchange ideas and explore practical ways of enhancing cooperation to support industries and promote sustainable economic growth.
Dr Jinapor expressed appreciation to Mr Twum-Akwaboah and members of the AGI delegation for their valuable contributions and constructive engagement during the discussions.
According to the Minister, sustained dialogue and partnership between government and industry stakeholders remain essential to building a resilient energy sector capable of supporting industrial expansion, attracting investment and advancing Ghana’s broader economic development agenda.
He reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to working closely with the private sector to ensure the country’s energy policies and reforms continue to create an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.
