A four-storey building has collapsed at Tabora No. 6, with all 12 occupants safely evacuated before the structure gave way.
According to eyewitness accounts, residents inside the building quickly moved out after hearing the first signs of structural distress, including cracking sounds.
Their swift response ensured that no injuries or fatalities were recorded in the incident.
