The Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Dr Victor Asare Bampoe, has received the Chief Executive Officer of Global Media Alliance (GMA), Ernest Boateng, and his team during a courtesy visit at the NHIA Head Office in Accra.
The visit followed the successful organisation of the World PR Day (WPRD) festival, where the GMA delegation presented Dr Bampoe with a citation in recognition of his participation and support for the event, particularly the “60 Seconds of Wellness” initiative.
The team also presented an artwork that was showcased during the festival as part of activities marking the celebration of World PR Day.
The engagement offered both institutions an opportunity to reflect on the impact of the festival and explore possible areas of collaboration in promoting strategic communication, public education, and initiatives aimed at improving societal wellbeing.
Dr Bampoe and the GMA delegation reaffirmed the importance of effective communication in creating awareness, strengthening public engagement, and supporting programmes that contribute to the welfare of citizens.
