Vice President Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang has commended Regional Chairmen of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for their dedication and commitment to advancing the ideals of the party.
Prof. Opoku-Agyemang made the remarks when she met with some NDC Regional Chairmen, where she expressed appreciation for their efforts and encouraged them to continue strengthening engagement with party members and communities.
She praised the regional executives for their role in promoting the party’s vision and urged them to remain focused on mobilising support and communicating the government’s development agenda to the people.
The Vice President encouraged the chairmen to continue engaging their respective constituencies and highlighting the progress being made under the leadership of President John Dramani Mahama.
She particularly mentioned government interventions in key sectors including education, healthcare, roads, markets, and other critical infrastructure projects aimed at improving the lives of Ghanaians.
Prof. Opoku-Agyemang stressed the importance of effective grassroots engagement in ensuring that citizens are informed about policies and programmes designed to promote national development.
She reaffirmed the government’s commitment to delivering on its promises and called on party structures to continue working together in support of initiatives that advance the common good.
