The governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) has designated Godwin Ako Gunn, Kakra Essamuah and Julius Kwame Anthony as its official spokespersons and primary contacts for media enquiries.

The announcement was made in a statement issued on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, following the appointment of Mr Anthony as a Deputy Communications Director of the party.

According to the NDC, its Functional Executive Committee approved the appointment at a meeting on Tuesday, with the decision taking immediate effect.

The party explained that the move forms part of efforts to strengthen its communications operations and improve public engagement on the policies, programmes and achievements of the NDC-led government.

In the statement signed by General Secretary Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, the party said the three officials would serve as its designated voices on matters relating to the organisation
