The Minister for Energy and Green Transition, Dr John Jinapor, has led the leadership of the Ministry and heads of its sector agencies to pay a courtesy call on the Agbogbomefia of the Asogli State, His Royal Majesty Togbe Afede XIV in the Volta Region.
The visit forms part of activities ahead of the Ministry’s annual Energy Sector Performance Review Retreat, which brings together leadership and heads of sector agencies to assess performance and strengthen efforts to deliver on the Ministry’s mandate.
Dr Jinapor expressed appreciation to Togbe Afede XIV for the warm reception and commendation of the Ministry’s management of Ghana’s energy sector.
He said the traditional ruler’s encouragement had strengthened the Ministry’s resolve to improve performance and contribute to national development.
The engagement underscores the importance of collaboration with traditional authorities and other stakeholders as the Ministry works to advance Ghana’s energy sector and support the country’s broader development objectives.
