The Central Regional Minister,Ekow Panyin Okyere Eduamoah, has paid a courtesy visit to the mother of the late former Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, to express condolences and reflect on his legacy of public service.
The visit formed part of efforts to honour the memory of the late statesman and to extend goodwill to his family.
During the visit, the Minister conveyed warm regards and described the late Amissah-Arthur as a humble, dedicated and distinguished leader whose contributions to national development continue to be remembered.
He noted that the former Vice President’s service to Ghana remains an enduring example of commitment and integrity in public office.
The Minister also offered prayers for the family, asking for continued strength, comfort and peace as they remember the late statesman.
He added that the legacy of Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur should continue to inspire current and future generations of leaders and citizens.
The visit comes as part of ongoing engagements by public officials to honour prominent national figures and support their families.
“May his cherished memories continue to inspire generations, and may the Almighty grant his family continued strength and peace,” the Minister said.
