A popular phone dealer at Kwame Nkrumah Circle, the hub known for mobile phone dealership in the Greater Accra Region, known as Nana Yaw and widely referred to as Dinero or Terry, has reportedly been missing for three days after travelling to Teshie to complete a phone transaction.
According to a close associate, Terry sent him a WhatsApp message around midnight on Sunday claiming that he had been “set up” by a girl in a room at Teshie.
The associate said Terry also shared a photograph of the room and his live location through WhatsApp.
However, the associate reportedly became suspicious after noticing that the messages did not appear consistent with Terry’s usual style of communication.
At about 3 a.m., another message was allegedly received, claiming that Terry had been released.
Terry’s family later reportedly confirmed that he had not returned home and could not be reached, raising concerns about his whereabouts.
The associate subsequently discovered that the photograph and live location shared in the earlier conversation had been deleted.
Terry’s Honda Civic is also reportedly missing.
His whereabouts remain unknown, with concerns mounting over his safety as efforts continue to establish what happened after he travelled to Teshie for the phone transaction.
The circumstances surrounding his disappearance have not yet been independently established.
