Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of GOIL PLC, Mr Edward Abambire Bawa, has begun a series of interactive engagements with staff as part of efforts to strengthen internal communication, promote transparency and foster a culture of openness across the company.
The initial sessions brought together employees from the Human Resources and Administration, Fuels Marketing, Finance and Operations departments for direct engagement with the GCEO and Managing Director.
The sessions provided staff with an opportunity to share ideas, raise concerns, ask questions and provide feedback on issues affecting the company’s operations and workplace environment.
Mr Bawa’s engagement with employees is expected to encourage greater participation and strengthen dialogue between management and staff as the company works to improve its operations and employee experience.
The engagements will continue with other departments over the coming days as GOIL deepens internal dialogue and creates more opportunities for employees to contribute to the company’s growth and development.
The initiative forms part of efforts to build a more open and participatory workplace culture in which staff are encouraged to share ideas and contribute to organisational decision-making.
