President John Dramani Mahama has received a high-level delegation from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), led by the UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The engagement, held in Accra, focused on strengthening the longstanding diplomatic relations between Ghana and the UAE while exploring new areas of cooperation, particularly in the energy sector.
Discussions between the two sides centred on investment opportunities aimed at supporting Ghana’s energy development agenda and deepening economic collaboration between both countries.
The visit forms part of ongoing efforts to attract strategic investments into key sectors of Ghana’s economy and enhance partnerships with international stakeholders.
President Mahama and the UAE delegation reaffirmed their commitment to expanding bilateral cooperation and building stronger ties that promote mutual economic growth and development.
