SIC Insurance PLC will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, August 20, 2026, as the company engages shareholders on its affairs and operations.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. at the Wesley Towers Auditorium, located opposite Cedi House.
According to a notice issued by the company, the AGM will be held in a hybrid format, allowing shareholders to participate either physically at the venue or virtually.
The arrangement is expected to provide shareholders with flexibility to take part in the proceedings regardless of their location.
The Annual General Meeting forms part of SIC Insurance PLC’s regular corporate governance engagements with its shareholders.
