Salomey Awiti Baffoe has been granted bail in the sum of GH¢100,000 with two sureties.
The court ordered that the two sureties must be civil servants earning salaries of not less than GH¢3,000 per month.
The bail conditions are intended to ensure that Ms Baffoe remains available to appear before the court as the case proceeds.
