Zeepay Ghana Limited has assured its customers, employees, agents, merchants and partners that it is working closely with the Bank of Ghana (BoG) and relevant stakeholders following the revocation of its Dedicated Electronic Money Issuer Licence for mobile money wallet operations.
In a statement, the company said it is committed to ensuring an orderly, transparent and responsible approach in managing the development after the regulator’s announcement.
Zeepay acknowledged concerns that may have arisen among its stakeholders and expressed appreciation for their patience, understanding and continued cooperation during the period.
“Zeepay Ghana Limited remains committed to supporting all stakeholders throughout this process,” the company stated.
The company further assured the public that it would continue to maintain open communication and work constructively with the Bank of Ghana and other relevant parties towards an orderly resolution.
Zeepay said any further verified updates would be communicated through its official communication channels as they become available.
