A 35-year-old Mobile Money (MoMo) agent, Christian Nana Amponsah, popularly known as Chapter 1, has been found dead with multiple stab wounds at a guest house in Kasoa.
The deceased was reportedly last seen on Saturday when he left his shop with a woman before heading to the guest house.
According to reports, concern grew after his landlord noticed that he had not been seen for some time and attempts to contact him proved unsuccessful.
The matter was subsequently reported to the Akweley Police Station, prompting a search that led to the discovery of his body at a nearby guest house.
The woman who was reportedly with him before his death is suspected of having information about the incident and is said to be at large. However, her alleged involvement has not been established.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding Amponsah’s death and working to determine who may have been responsible.
The incident has shocked residents, as questions remain about the events that led to the MoMo agent’s death.
