Minister for Energy and Green Transition, Dr John Abdulai Jinapor, has visited the family of the late Deputy Chief Executive of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Dr Dramani Bukari, to extend his condolences following his death.
Dr Jinapor described Dr Bukari as an accomplished intellectual, a humble gentleman and a dedicated public servant who distinguished himself through professionalism, commitment to duty and service to Ghana.
He said Dr Bukari’s contributions to the NPA and the broader public service would be remembered with great respect and appreciation.
On behalf of President John Dramani Mahama and the Government of Ghana, Dr Jinapor extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, loved ones, colleagues and staff of the NPA.
He prayed for strength, comfort and peace for the family during the difficult period and expressed hope that the memory of Dr Bukari’s service to the nation would continue to inspire those he left behind.
“May the soul of Dr Dramani Bukari rest in perfect peace,” Dr Jinapor said.
