Management of the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) has begun a management retreat aimed at reviewing the refinery’s progress and setting a clear direction for its future.
The retreat opened with a morning aerobics session, setting an energetic and collaborative tone for the day’s activities.
Management subsequently held an engagement with Dr Michael Kubi, followed by presentations from various departments on their work, achievements and progress during the year under review.
The Deputy Managing Director later took participants through the refinery’s journey, highlighting its transition from its previous position to where it stands today.
The Managing Director closed the day’s activities with a forward-looking address focused on the future of the refinery and the need to sustain the progress made.
Management said continued progress at TOR would depend on honest reflection, shared accountability and a clear understanding of the path ahead.
