Ghana’s senior national team, the Black Stars, have held their first training session at the Accra Sports Stadium as preparations intensify for their upcoming fixtures.
The team is preparing for Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying matches against Côte d’Ivoire and The Gambia.
Following the qualifiers, the Black Stars are scheduled to face Morocco in an international friendly as part of their preparations and continued assessment of the squad.
The training session at the Accra Sports Stadium forms part of the team’s preparations ahead of the crucial fixtures, with players working under the technical team to build match fitness, sharpen their tactical approach and strengthen team cohesion.
The Black Stars will be hoping to make the most of the upcoming matches as they continue their preparations for the AFCON campaign.
