Former Chief Executive Officer of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Dr. Mustapha Abdul-Hamid, has congratulated Faisal Ibrahim Cisse on his election as Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Korle-Klottey Constituency of the Greater Accra Region.
Dr. Abdul-Hamid, in a congratulatory message, expressed confidence that Lawyer Cisse’s experience, leadership qualities and intellectual ability would help strengthen the party’s structures in the constituency.
“I have no doubt that your thoughtfulness, thoroughness and raw brilliance will help catapult the NPP in the constituency to a better place,” he stated.
The former NPA boss highlighted Lawyer Cisse’s contributions during their years of working together across various public institutions, including the Ministry of Information, the Zongo Ministry and the National Petroleum Authority.
According to him, Lawyer Cisse played an important role in the achievements recorded during those periods, and his election provides an opportunity for him to apply that experience to the growth and development of the NPP.
Dr. Abdul-Hamid wished the newly elected constituency chairman well and expressed optimism about his ability to serve the party effectively in his new role.
Lawyer Faisal Ibrahim Cisse was recently elected Chairman of the Korle-Klottey Constituency of the NPP as part of the party’s nationwide constituency executive elections.
