Newly appointed Majority Leader of Parliament, James Agalga, has expressed gratitude to Ghanaians and the leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the confidence reposed in him.
In a statement, Mr. Agalga thanked Ghanaians who had sent congratulatory messages following his elevation to the leadership position.
He also expressed appreciation to President John Dramani Mahama, the leadership of the NDC, his colleagues in the Majority Caucus, and the people of Builsa North for their support.
“I extend my sincere gratitude to all Ghanaians who have sent congratulatory messages,” Mr. Agalga said.
He pledged to work with other stakeholders to advance the government’s Reset Agenda and promote legislation aimed at improving the lives of Ghanaians.
“We remain committed to working together to drive the government’s RESET Agenda and to champion legislation that delivers real benefits to every Ghanaian,” he stated.
Mr. Agalga concluded his message with the rallying call, “Aluta continua, victoria acerta,” which translates to “The struggle continues, victory is certain.”
