According to ECG , the leadership of Samuel Dubik Mahama has brought remarkable transformations .
Under the leadership of Samuel Dubik Mahama , ECG has implemented digital solutions for seamless payment and billing processes, ensuring convenience for our customers and combating losses and corruption .
Mr. Mahama has also facilitated the revamping of the ECG PowerApp , making it more user- friendly and accessible, resulting in a surge of active users from 500, 000 to over 3.5 million .
With regards to revenue , under the leadership of Dubik Mahama , ECG monthly revenue from GHS 400 Million to an impressive GHS 1 Billion which has resulted in customer service improvements.
Since Dubik took over as MD , “replacing outdated meters with enhanced meter management systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability for our customers across operational Regions.
