Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, The Flagbearer of the NPP and Ghana’s Vice President has outlined a visionary plan for revolutionizing the mining industry in Ghana. His strategy focuses on sustainable growth, regulatory reforms, community development, and a significant emphasis on inclusivity, particularly the empowerment of women. Furthermore, Dr. Bawumia underscores the importance of value addition in the mining sector, which promises to transform the industry into a more dynamic and economically beneficial component of Ghana’s economy.
