The Board and Management of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) have joined the Dagbon Kingdom and Ghanaians across the country to mourn the passing of His Majesty Yaa-Naa Abukari Mahama II, the Overlord of Dagbon.
In a message of condolence, the NPA expressed its sympathy to the Gbewaa Royal Family, traditional authorities and the people of Dagbon following the loss of the revered traditional leader.
The Authority acknowledged the significant role played by Yaa-Naa Abukari Mahama II in promoting peace, unity and development within the Dagbon Kingdom and beyond.
The NPA extended its condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for strength and comfort for the people of Dagbon during this period of mourning.
The Authority further wished the late Overlord eternal rest and solidarity with all those affected by his passing.
