The Managing Director (ADB) of Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) PLC, Edward Ato Sarpong, has expressed appreciation to customers for their loyalty and continued trust in the bank as Ghana marks Customer Service Month.

In a message to customers, Mr Sarpong thanked them for choosing ADB and for the feedback they provide to help the bank improve its services.

He said every transaction, feedback and continued decision by customers to bank with ADB serves as a reminder of the trust they have placed in the financial institution.

According to him, excellent customer service goes beyond promises and is reflected in how customers are treated, how quickly their concerns are addressed and the consistency with which services are delivered.

Mr Sarpong said ADB would continue to listen to its customers, innovate and improve its operations to make banking with the institution simpler, faster and better.

He emphasised that customers remain central to the bank’s operations and expressed gratitude for allowing ADB to be part of their financial journeys.

“Because at ADB, you are not just our customer. You are the reason we are here,” he said.

Mr Sarpong wished customers a happy Customer Service Month and thanked them for continuing to bank with ADB.
