Philip Osei Bonsu, known as OB, has officially been called to the Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. This significant achievement coincides with his recent 40th birthday celebration, marking an important moment in his career and personal life.
As the host of “EKOSIISEN,” a political and current affairs talk show on Asempa FM, OB has been a prominent figure in Ghanaian media. He holds a First Class Honors degree in Linguistics and Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana and an MSc in Corporate Communication and Public Affairs with Distinction from Robert Gordon University in Scotland. Additionally, he completed an LLB at Central University Law Faculty.
In 2017, OB participated in the Mandela Washington Fellowship program, focusing on leadership and entrepreneurship at the University of San Diego, California. His legal education culminated at the Ghana School of Law, where he recently qualified to practice law.
Beyond journalism and law, OB is involved with the Financial Literacy Foundation, Africa, and serves on the board of Pent Media Centre. His commitment to community initiatives reflects his interest in social issues.
