Sections of the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, venue for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) 2025 National Delegates Conference, erupted into thunderous cheers when the name of Dr Bryan Acheampong was mentioned during the acknowledgment of dignitaries present.
The mention of Dr Bryan Acheampong’s name by Henry Nana Boakye, MC for the event, resulted in a loud shouts from a cross-section of enthusiastic delegates, who began chanting “BA, BA”, signalling a massive show of love from the delegates at the conference.
Dr Acheampong was acknowledged for his dedication and support for the party over the years, and particularly for the organisation of this year’s Delegates Conference.
The MC indicated that Dr Acheampong’s immense support for the party over the years had not gone unnoticed, and expressed the party’s appreciation to him for his continued selfless support.
Moments after his name had been mentioned, the audience continued to chant his name amidst clapping and cheering from the stadium, signalling the massive support for Dr Acheampong, who many in the party believe is the right man to lead the NPP into the 2028 general election.
