The Managing Director of TDC Ghana Limited, Mr Courage Makafui Nunekpeku, and the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Ashaiman, Mr. Freeman Tsekpo, have agreed on a roadmap for the regularisation and comprehensive mapping of Ashaiman municipality.
The agreement was reached during a meeting between the two leaders and a joint team from TDC Ghana Limited and the Ashaiman Municipal Assembly (ASHMA) on Monday, September 28, 2026.
The meeting focused on establishing a clear framework for the initiative, which is intended to improve land administration and promote orderly physical development within the municipality.
As part of efforts to advance the process, reports on the proposed approach have been completed and submitted for consideration.
The submission is expected to pave the way for the next phase of the initiative, which will involve further steps towards the comprehensive mapping and regularisation of areas within Ashaiman.
The collaboration between TDC and ASHMA is aimed at addressing land administration challenges while providing a more structured basis for physical development in the municipality.
